Community Police visiting Rainbow
Rainbow Pre-school works closely with the local community Police to ensure the children learn about and become aware of the dangers from approaches of strangers, as well as road safety and traffic awareness. Police visit the pre-school in colaberation with Rainbow to chat informally to the children to highlight dangers outside the school.

Rainbow liaises with the Community Police and arranges visits regularly

Rainbow takes the care and teaching of their children very seriously and invites members of their local community Police to talk about the dangers from strangers and how to look and listen for traffic when crossing the road.

We express an importance in teaching the children about who they can trust and who they should not talk to without their parents present to supervise them.

The children received toy Police hats as an exciting gift from the PC and WPC who will visit Rainbow on a regular basis to advice them on social awareness skills.
